For years, visitors to Café Spice Namaste in London have asked him and his wife Pervin, a chef in her own right, to create a range of sauces that they could use to cook at home. They wanted a little bit of Cyrus and a little of bit of Café Spice Namaste’s fabled quality in their own kitchens.
So now we give you, in response to all that demand, five delicious varieties of Mr Todiwala’s Splendidly Flavoursome Cooking Sauces. They’re fresh, chilled sauces, suitable for vegetarians and celiacs and kitchen-made at Café Spice Namaste to traditional recipes using the finest ingredients for a splendid richness and depth of flavour. They contain no artificial flavourings or colourants.
